1. What kind of display do you provide?
We have indoor/outdoor/mobile /rental LED display / Advertising LED display /Transparent flexible film screen and so on.
2. How can I place an order?
Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible and we will send you the quotation at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with email /phone/whatsapp (Wechat is strongly recommended), in case of any delays.
3.What is the minimum order?
 As an OEM factory, we support trial orders, allowing customers to test the products and gain an intuitive operational experience. There is no minimum order quantity, but the price is closely related to the order quantity.
4. What about the lead time for an order?
As you know, delivery time depends on quantity and project type, and our typical delivery time is 3-8 days. For customized products and container orders, the delivery time is approximately 10-20 days. Shipping methods include air and sea freight, and we can also ship goods to your freight forwarder in China.

5. What about the warranty?
Two years! (the warranty of LED display industry practice is only 1 year)
Actually our products can run more than 10 years!

6. How about the quality?
As OEM&ODM factory we had passed ISO9001,CE,CB,FCC, BIS,CCC, and KC certification.Our products must be tested for at least 72 hours and make sure everything is perfect before packing, from raw materials purchase to shipping. Each step has to pass the strict quality control systems to ensure the high quality of our products.

Yes, and for free.

8. Can you offer a technical support? Since it's my first time....
We provide free training for our customer to set screens, broadcast the videos through Novastar and Colorlight control systems. If needed, Remote technical assistance is available.
